Young Carers

The Ashcombe School has warm and welcoming support for student Young Carers across all school years. A weekly group offers a relaxed place to be, fun activities and games and biscuits galore!

All staff are encouraged to train in Young Carer Awareness - Young Carers in school should look out for the Angel pin on staff lanyards to signify they are Young Carer Aware. 

Students can contact a member of the Young Carer Team, including the Young Carers Champion, Miss Darnell, by email or on Teams.
