NHS 111

NHS 111 is a helpline if you're worried about an urgent medical concern.  The adviser will be fully trained.  NHS 111 advisers can advise you what to do and assess if you need an ambulance and send one immediately.

NHS Self Help Leaflets

A range of NHS self help booklets written by clinical psychologists with contributions from service users and healthcare staff including depression guidance for partners, sleeping problems and controlling anger.

NHS moodzone

NHS Choices Moodzone contains advice about coping with stress, anxiety or depression.  It includes practical advice, interactive tools, videos and audio guides.

CALM – Campaign Against Living Miserably

The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against male suicide. Advice on taking a stand against male suicide and getting the tools you need for action.
