  • Saturday 12 October 2019 French Study Trip In February, Year 11 students set off early from Dorking Station for a cultural weekend in Paris. We travelled by Eurostar and arrived Saturday afternoon in central Paris.
  • Friday 27 September 2019 Sponsored Walk 2019 Pupils have currently raised over £15,000, after completing the Sponsored Walk on Friday 27th September.
  • Sunday 28 July 2019 Uganda Trip 2019 In July, 15 students along with 3 teachers, had the once in a lifetime opportunity to visit Uganda, in partnership with Build Africa, the charity that we have worked with for several years.
  • Saturday 27 July 2019 China Trip 2019 On 18th July 2019, Miss Jackson, Mrs Betts and Mrs Boyce took 18 pupils to China as part of a cultural school exchange programme.
  • Thursday 25 July 2019 Year 10 Art pupils visit Brighton In July the Year 10 Art pupils went on the annual trip to Brighton. Pupils undertook some impressive studies of Brighton Pavilion and around the seafront/pier area, producing some fantastic work for their Sense of Place coursework projects.
  • Monday 22 July 2019 Romania 2019 Our first few days were spent living at the Farm of Hope, where our hosts made us so welcome. We had great fun meeting children from the local village, doing crafts with them, playing games together and teaching them English.

It is a fantastic opportunity for a significant number of the year group to stay together on a residential trip, and all that that offers, and to do some activities that require tremendous courage and team support for individual challenges.
  • Friday 19 July 2019 Year 8 Star In The Jungle Book This year’s Activities Week included an enthusiastic performance of The Jungle Book by Year 8, bringing the popular Disney characters to life.
  • Friday 19 July 2019 Year 7 in the Rhineland Four coachloads with 187 pupils set off early on Monday 15th July and had a smooth trip to the Rhineland. With picturesque Boppard as the centre for accommodation, the groups made their way to a variety of tourist attractions, always accompanied by a beautiful view out of the coach window in this stunning valley.
  • Wednesday 17 July 2019 Duke of Edinburgh Gold Expedition - The Lake District The prospect of four days of walking with a full pack including tent, clothing and food meant that some groups went minimalist (pasta only, no sauce!), whilst others retained a few creature comforts.
  • Monday 8 July 2019 Successful A level Art and Photography Exhibition The annual A level Art Exhibition opened on July 8th in the 6th Form common room. The work showcased the variety of responses students created to their project themes in the A level and AS level Art and Photography courses.
