David Blow has produced an ICT Resource Planning spreadsheet to smooth the task of planning for the purchasing and replacement of ICT equipment in a large comprehensive school. This is available for downloading for others in Surrey LEA and elsewhere to use if they so wish.
More recently, Mark Armstrong-Read (an ICT Advisor for Sheffield LEA) has suggested adaptations of the original document for use by Primary and Secondary schools.
